i rented Panamera - they gave me the car even 1 hour earlier cause i was already on spot good explanations of local rules and good additional options to think less about parking, minor damages etc taking the car from Octane parking took a bit more time cause a white truck from a nearby company blocked the way and refused to repark

Great service. Got the car quickly, sales and customer service were really nice and helpful. Everything was easy, no problems at all. Only the guys from the business next to the rental are crazy. Some idiot in a white truck almost ran over my feet in the parking lot. They drive like maniacs there.

Брал в аренду в Дубае красный Jeep Wrangler — остался очень доволен! Машина в отличном состоянии, чистая, ухоженная и полностью соответствовала ожиданиям. Для поездок по Дубаю Wrangler оказался идеальным вариантом: яркий, комфортный и дарит настоящее удовольствие от вождения. Всё оформление прошло быстро и без лишних сложностей, сотрудники всегда были на связи. Однозначно рекомендую эту компанию — в следующий приезд буду брать автомобиль снова именно у них!

I initially had some issues with my rental experience, but I’m very happy with how the company handled everything in the end. After hearing about my concerns, the manager personally contacted me, listened to what had happened, and took the time to resolve all the issues properly. I really appreciate the professional way he handled the situation and made sure I was satisfied with the final solution. For me, good customer service is not only about everything going perfectly from the beginning, but also about how a company responds when there is a problem. In this case, they took responsibility, communicated with me, and found a fair solution. My experience ended on a very positive note, and based on how the management handled everything, I can definitely recommend this rental company. Thank you to the manager Alex and the team for taking my concerns seriously and making things right.
