I was initially cautious, as it was my first time renting from them, but customer service took the time to explain everything in detail and allowed me to go through the paperwork at my own pace at delivery - no pressure, no rush. What truly stood out was their transparency—no hidden fees, no unexpected charges. Everything was exactly as discussed, which gave me complete confidence in their service. The car was delivered to my hotel as agreed, and returning it at the airport was just as effortless. A big thank you to James and Amer for their professionalism and great customer service.
