Picked up a BMW M440i and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they were always quick to respond, even late at night, and answered all of my questions. One thing I really appreciated was how easy they made it to swap cars when I wanted to try something different. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Special thanks to Java, who helped me pick up my new car at 1:00 AM and made the entire process incredibly easy. I picked up my car from the office. The staff was pleasant and the waiting area was nice. The only thing I didn't like was the street near the office. I went out for a smoke break and was almost hit by a truck from the next building, even though it wasn't the road, but the parking lot. It seems crazy to drive that fast.

Ghaith was awesome. Rented the Supra and had a very good time.
