James the Philipino and Maya at the reception are amazing people , five star customer care , I find rent car staff very arrogant with the experience I have had in dubai but these two staff got me find a better place to stay , I feel at home working with octane

Very well-deserved 5 stars! I would rate them higher if I could! It's no secret that the car rental business in Dubai is full if scams and shady people, and every time I think about renting a car I back out of it because of this. Octane solved all my issues and ticked all the boxes. Very clear terms and conditions, excellent communication, impressive car collection, very new and clean, very professional attitude by all staff but especially Eric during the reservation, collection and drop off of the car. I can't recommend them enough, and they have won a customer for life!

Все на отличном уровне . Офис в удобном месте в городе где можно забрать авто, была проблема с машиной , оперативно заменили с доставкой . Продлили время , очень клиентоориентированны !👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 цены приемлемые , кажется одни из самых доступных в Дубае ! Оператор 24/7 отвечает на русском в том числе. Парень пригонял машину на замену и позже забирал машину с отела по имени Jenshar aka Sid 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 молодец , все сделал оперативно 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks to the team, the prices were fair the communications on everything was clear and quick, the person who delivered stayed in touch by Watsapp and helped with even minor things like parking etc, really 5* I highly recommend hiring with these guys, next time I think I’ll change the car every day or 2 to explore different options. I recently took fiat abarth 595 competizione from octane. Car was in excellent condition and i got in fair price. Mr shebin assisted me from the office. He is very professional and nice dealing. I will suggest to my friends too

We hebben veel verschillende verhuurbedrijven in Dubai geprobeerd. Wij reizen 5/6 keer per jaar naar Dubai maar bij octana de laatste keren gehuurd en altijd top!! Auto’s op tijd je krijgt wat je reserveert en altijd schone en nette auto’s. We huren ook altijd kinderzitjes wat bij de meeste maatschappijen vies is. Dit is de eerste maatschappij waar bij ook de kinderzitjes altijd schoon zijn! Groet Faissal
