We had this luxury car booked in advance and we landed in Dubai. James had this car dropped off to our hotel which was really convenient as we had arrived really early that day. We were welcomed very warmly and have been completely satisfied with our experience. The service has been excellent from the beginning, and everyone has been friendly and helpful. Even when we had a small issue with the air conditioning, the team responded immediately and helped us resolve it quickly. We especially want to mention James Cometa, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and ensured that everything was taken care of. Excellent service. Rented a car from Octane using their Abu Dhabi branch. Muhammad the rep in AD is super friendly and professional. Will rent from them again. Car was absolutely clean and newish. Only problem was that I had to collect and deliver the car myself to their location in AD. Would prefer free delivery to my location.
