UPD: Problem was solved by supervisor, as well I got compensation for all inconvenience. 5 stars going to Octane Rent.
I booked a car for 4 days rent. Everything was going perfect, until a moment when we arrive to airport to pick it up. We spend about 1,5 hour after a long flight trying to start rent, because manager can’t charge us money for rent. Next day problems continue, I spend about 3-4 hours chatting with manager and in the end company told me that they can’t charge me amount in any
way, expect cash. So it was not possible to pay by
debit/credit card, any links or even bank transfer. In the end instead of 4 days rent I had only one, because it was company rent, so it was not possible to pay in cash. Besides that, that company has a great service, water in a car and charging devices for phone. Very good managers working there, but doest it mean anything if I was not able to use car in the end.
