Very well-deserved 5 stars! I would rate them higher if I could! It's no secret that the car rental business in Dubai is full if scams and shady people, and every time I think about renting a car I back out of it because of this. Octane solved all my issues and ticked all the boxes. Very clear terms and conditions, excellent communication, impressive car collection, very new and clean, very professional attitude by all staff but especially Eric during the reservation, collection and drop off of the car. I can't recommend them enough, and they have won a customer for life! Update: I rented from Octane a second time ans it wasequally amazing! James was great in handing the car over and explaining everything to me!

Our acquaintance with Octane Rent began unexpectedly: another rental service let us down and didn't deliver the rental car on the appointed day. It was my husband's birthday, and all our grandiose plans for the celebration were ruined. Octane Rent came to our aid. They found a car tailored to our needs and quickly prepared the necessary paperwork. At the dealership, they explained the rental terms in detail, after which we signed the contract, paid the rent, and went for a drive. I must say that the car was in excellent condition, perfectly clean, and even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We fell in love with this car and were very impressed! Sid picked up the car right at the airport. We would happily use this company again next time we're in Dubai!

That was my first experience with this car rental. The team is very professional, helpful, reliable and kind. Cars are clean and in a very good condition. The terms of renting are simple and clear. Next time I would rent a car from them again.

Had taken Durango GT from Abu Dhabi through Mr. Mohammed Shan, it was an absolute great experience. And very hassle free process .. definitely recommend 👌.
