I had a great experience with the service. From start to finish, Mr Shamil friendly attitude made the process stress free.

First time renting with Octane Luxury Rental and the experience was excellent. Communication was via Telegram in Russian. The car I originally booked went to service two days before pickup, and they offered me a better vehicle for the same price, which I appreciated. James Cometa was very professional, explained everything clearly and handled the process smoothly. I arrived later than my booked pickup time, and they recalculated the rental period from the actual pickup time, which felt very fair and customer-oriented. The car (Peugeot 3008) was in great condition, clean, comfortable, with good handling and quick acceleration. Pickup and return were fast. When I had trouble connecting my phone to Bluetooth, James came back personally to help. Clear conditions, no hidden fees. The only small downside was the phone holder — the magnetic mount didn’t hold my iPhone well. Overall, very professional service. Would definitely recommend.

I can really recommend Octane, much better than any "branded" rentals - better cars for better price, great contact, already rented 15 times and got never disappointed. Thank you Shamil for your service!
