Rented an Escalade on my recent trip to Dubai before moving out there so wanted to try one for a few days to see if I liked it before buying one. Booked over WhatsApp - simple easy booking process. Collection was pretty swift. No problems. A slight hiccup when dropping the car back but a phone call from management and this has all been rectified which I am grateful for.
