The best rental company in Dubai, reliable service, the best and newest vehicles available, they arrived at our door while we were closing, they explained everything to me, what was allowed and what was not allowed, thanks to these people, my vacation went to a different place than expected, next time I'm here I'll contact them right away. Had a really great experience renting the Changan Hunter RV from Octane Rent. The car was in great condition and exactly what I needed, but what really stood out was the service. Godfrey was honestly top class (always ask for him if available). He handled the delivery and pick-up smoothly, stayed responsive throughout, and was just very easy to deal with. He also took the time to properly walk me through the car, step by step, and made sure I understood all the functions before I set off. That made a big difference. Overall, super smooth experience. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

I usually go with the bigger rental companies in the UAE, but this time I wanted a bit more choice. I messaged Octane on WhatsApp, booked the car, and paid the deposit—really straightforward. My flight changed because of the ongoing situation, but they sorted everything quickly with no hassle. When I landed, James was on time and parked nearby, so pickup was easy. The Audi Q7 was in great condition and drove perfectly for the 11 days. Drop-off was just as smooth—Eric met me at the airport, quick check, paid the toll fees, all done. Only small issue was the car being switched off during the severe weather, which is understandable given how quickly the roads flooded. It would’ve been helpful to have a heads-up that this might happen. Overall though, a great experience—can’t really fault it. First time using them and I’ll definitely be back next year. Big thanks to the team for keeping it simple.
