I usually go with the bigger rental companies in the UAE, but this time I wanted a bit more choice. I messaged Octane on WhatsApp, booked the car, and paid the deposit—really straightforward. My flight changed because of the ongoing situation, but they sorted everything quickly with no hassle. When I landed, James was on time and parked nearby, so pickup was easy. The Audi Q7 was in great condition and drove perfectly for the 11 days. Drop-off was just as smooth—Eric met me at the airport, quick check, paid the toll fees, all done. Only small issue was the car being switched off during the severe weather, which is understandable given how quickly the roads flooded. It would’ve been helpful to have a heads-up that this might happen. Overall though, a great experience—can’t really fault it. First time using them and I’ll definitely be back next year. Big thanks to the team for keeping it simple.

I rented more than 10 cars from octane, they have plenty of cars friendly to any budget and the service is amazing they can contact you 24/7 , I'd like specially to thank James for the service he offered us . I rented for more than 3 month and I strongly suggest if you rented from octane and they definitely won't let you down .
