I was initially suspicious of the reviews that somehow seemed too good to be true. But I gave it a shot and rented a Q7 from Octane for a 2 week holiday. Booking via WhatsApp was very easy and responsive. The team were helpful. They delivered the car to our hotel and picked it up in a painless and friendly process. John was kind and efficient during the handover process. My only comment to the team is maybe try and limit the upselling - I lost count of the number of additional services you tried to sell. Perhaps just provide a list of additional services you offer? Just a personal preference however and will definitely be back for our next rental !
