The service team was very efficient and customer oriented. The car was impeccable and we had a great 3 days experience in the Emirates while visiting the Grand Mosque, Love Lake and different theme parks. Of cause we got a fine and had to pay some extras for toll stations, but that’s not the company’s fault. Thank a lot to everyone !

I recently rented a car for a few days. The rental process was quick and straightforward, taking only 15 minutes. I just showed my driver’s license and credit card. I took an all-wheel-drive crossover, and it fully lived up to its specifications on challenging roads. The car was clean, and there was even a spare tire and a basic repair kit in the trunk — a nice touch! There was a small issue with the GPS navigator on the way, but the team immediately answered the call and explained how to set it up properly. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
