I‘ve rented an Audi A6 at Octane Rent and I have to say that I enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately it came to an issue with the tire, where either I, or them, were guilty of it, even though it was very annoying. They immediately supported me through that situation and gave me some other options in addition. That was a BIG plus. The only negative point here is, that it took a little bit to long, but it was still okay. Long story short: Shamil treated me really fair and good and of course the other colleagues also. The service at Octane is by far one of the best, of all rental company’s in the UAE. It’s actually outstanding. If you also want to rent a car, take some time to look in the Octane freedom and shield options. A must have for visitors. Thank you guys. LR

Брал в аренду Hyundai Tucson в ноябре этого года. Сам процесс бронирования очень прост, выбираешь авто, связываешь с менеджером по whatsapp, вносить часть оплаты. Tuscon был с пробегом всего 15100 км, очень ухоженный. Представитель компании доставили авто в аэропорт Аль Мактум в оговорено время, подписали договор, внёс оставшуюся часть суммы за аренду. До этого 3 раза в ОАЭ пользовался услугами другой компании, но теперь буду обращаться только в Octane. Рекомендую. Профессионалы, отличный уровень сервиса и свежий автопарк.
