From the moment we arrived in Dubai, everything was seamless. Eric met us at the airport, already parked and waiting, which meant no delays or hassle. He walked us through everything clearly and made the process stress-free for both me and my wife. Later during our trip, we needed to swap vehicles, and that’s when Enes stepped in. He came directly to our hotel (St. Regis The Palm), explained everything thoroughly, and the handover was just as smooth as the first. Both vehicles were in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and no smoke smell (which we’ve experienced with other rental companies before). At the end of our trip, Enes met us at Terminal 3 for pickup, again with perfect timing. No delays, no issues. Eric also explained the Octane Freedom option, so all our Salik (toll) charges were covered — we only had to refuel before returning the cars. We’ve rented from other companies in Dubai before, but this experience was next level. Eric and Enes went above and beyond — they’ve earned our trust, and from now on, Octane is our go-to in Dubai.
